Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid FedEx shipping label provided for small parcel items or wait for a freight specialist to contact you for large furniture pickups.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original boxes with all internal protective packaging to prevent damage during transit, then securely tape the box and attach the return label.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at a certified shipping location; once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed within 10 to 15 business days.
